Job Overview
The Sales Relationship Manager is responsible for nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue. This role demands a proactive approach in tailoring solutions to meet client needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, addressing their evolving needs and providing regular updates on products and services.
Sales and Revenue Growth
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to acquire new business.
Consultative Selling
- Assess client needs, provide customized solutions, and support clients throughout the implementation and post-sale process.
Market Intelligence
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide strategic insights to clients.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
- Generate performance reports to track progress and highlight areas of improvement.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or account management with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools is essential.
Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service expertise.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Preferred
- Knowledge of the local market and experience with specific sales tools or CRM platforms.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.

Competitive salary, commission, and performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
