HIRING – Business Development Executive (Interior Projects)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to bring residential and commercial interior projects.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and bring interior design/woodwork projects.
- Meet builders, architects, contractors, and individual clients.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the design and execution team until project confirmation.
Requirements:
- Experience in interior, construction, furniture, or real estate sales is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.
Salary: Attractive salary + Incentives/Commission based on project value.
