Role: Client Service Executive
Location: Powai, Mumbai
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday | 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Salary: ₹22,000 + Performance-Based Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client interactions via calls, messages & emails
Coordinate appointments, follow-ups & service requests
Build strong and trusting client relationships
Resolve client concerns with empathy and professionalism
Maintain accurate records & support reporting
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills
Client-first approach with empathy & patience
Good organizational and coordination skills
Proficiency in basic tools like Excel & Google Calendar
Experience in client servicing/customer support (healthcare/wellness experience preferred)
