Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Supervisor-cum-Driver to support our deep cleaning team. This is a hands-on job. You will drive the team to customer locations, supervise the cleaning work, coordinate with customer to get the checklist sign off for billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicle and transport team, tools, and materials to job sites.
- Supervise deep cleaning activities to ensure quality work.
- Assist the cleaning team with tasks such as scrubbing, vacuuming, washing, and other deep cleaning duties.
- Make sure safety rules are followed during all jobs.
- Communicate with customers politely and handle basic customer questions.
- Check and maintain cleaning equipment.
- Report daily work updates to the office.
Requirements
- Valid driving license (LMV).
- Physically fit and willing to do manual work.
- Any experience in cleaning or supervision is an added advantage.
- Educational qualification- +2, Degree.
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
Working Hours
- Depends on work.
- Overtime may be required based on job schedule.
