Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Consultant for a leading car dealership in Vapi. The candidate will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, managing customer relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Present vehicle models, features, specifications, and pricing to customers.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Manage the complete sales process from inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat sales and referrals.
- Assist and guide junior sales consultants in closing sales.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for loan and documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Participate in promotional activities, showroom events, and marketing campaigns.
