Job description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in engaging with potential customers, promoting our products and services, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain the company’s products and services. Respond to inbound queries and provide relevant information or solutions.
Promote the company's products/services effectively and encourage customers to take action (e.g., register, purchase, or explore options). Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Guide customers through app or product usage, answering questions and resolving issues. Educate customers about ongoing offers, benefits, and USPs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide feedback on customer concerns, queries, or complaints to relevant teams.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align goals and improve customer outreach.
