The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, generating leads, and promoting the company’s IT solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company IT services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
- Explain IT services and solutions clearly to clients.
- Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for client requirements.
- Send professional emails and follow up with prospects.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1.5 to 2.5 years of experience in telecalling or customer support.
- Basic technical knowledge of IT services is mandatory.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good email drafting and professional communication ability.
- Confident personality with convincing skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
