Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with startups, SMEs, corporate clients, and entrepreneurs looking for office spaces.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable workspace solutions.
- Conduct site visits and workspace tours for prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with leads and manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track lead status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for renewals and referrals.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in networking events, business meetups, and industry gatherings to generate business opportunities.
Pay: ₹25,015.31 - ₹40,900.18 per month
