Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to oversee the financial operations of our facility management company. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and financial reporting while ensuring adherence to applicable laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
Ø Maintain accurate books of accounts (day-to-day accounting entries)
Ø Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ø Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow management
Ø Monitor expenses and ensure cost control
2. Statutory Compliance
Ø Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory regulations
Ø Timely filing of returns and payment of dues
Ø Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities
3. Payroll & Billing
Ø Oversee payroll processing for field and office employees
Ø Ensure proper wage calculation as per minimum wages and statutory norms
Ø Handle client billing, invoicing, and collections follow-up
Ø Monitor contract-wise profitability
4. Accounts Payable & Receivable
Ø Manage vendor payments and maintain relationships
Ø Track receivables and ensure timely collections
Ø Perform ageing analysis and reporting
5. Budgeting & Financial Planning
Ø Prepare budgets and forecasts
Ø Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
Ø Monitor variance against budget
6. Audit & Documentation
Ø Handle internal and external audits
Ø Maintain proper documentation and records for compliance
Ø Support compliance audits and inspections
7. Team Management
Ø Supervise accounts team and allocate responsibilities
Ø Train and guide junior staff
Ø Ensure process improvements and system implementation
Key RequirementsEducational Qualification
Ø B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Experience - 3-5 years in accounting, preferably in facility management / manpower / service industry
Skills & Competencies
Ø Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI compliance, Accounts Receivable / Payable.
Ø Experience in payroll management for large workforce
Ø Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, ERP systems)
Ø Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ø Strong communication and team management abilities
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
