We're looking for a driven Python Full Stack Developer to own features end-to-end and grow fast in a team that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
Roles & Responsibilities:
→ Design, develop & ship full stack web apps using Django / Flask / FastAPI
→ Build responsive, dynamic UIs with React, Angular, or Vue.js
→ Develop and maintain secure, high-performance RESTful APIs & microservices
→ Design & optimize database schemas across PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
→ Write clean, well-structured code and lead meaningful code reviews
→ Integrate third-party services, payment gateways & cloud APIs
→ Debug & resolve production issues with a sharp analytical mindset
→ Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ship pixel-perfect interfaces
→ Contribute to system design and technical architecture discussions
→ Write unit & integration tests to ensure code quality
→ Participate in sprints, standups & agile ceremonies proactively
You Are:
→ A self-starter & curious builder with 2–3 yrs of Python full stack experience
→ Strong in Python — Django / Flask / FastAPI / Must Have
→ Proficient in React / Angular / Vue.js Must Have
→ Solid in REST APIs, Git workflows & CI/CD pipelines
→ Comfortable with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
→ Familiar with DSA fundamentals — strong problem-solving is a big plus
→ Team-first mindset with great communication & ownership attitude
→ Ready to work onsite in Noida in a high-energy environment
Nice to Have:
→ Cloud platforms — AWS / GCP / Azure
→ Docker, Kubernetes, or containerisation
→ Celery, Redis, or message queues
→ GraphQL or WebSockets
