1 to 3 years of experience in Human Capital systems and processes 0.5 to 2 years of experience in advanced Excel A proven track record of working on HC modules such as time and attendance, performance, onboarding, etc. An aptitude for translating the needs of non-technical people into technical requirements, and the ability to see how small details interrelate and impact the bigger picture Excellent analytical skills to analyze complex business problems and identify potential solutions along with the ability to break down problems into smaller components and apply critical thinking to develop effective solutions The ability to track progress, and proactively identify and manage risks and issues The quality of being able to build effective relationships, influence others, and facilitate effective teamwork
