Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The role requires hands-on experience with digital platforms and close collaboration with sales and design teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, social media, and other online platforms.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content for posts, stories, and ads.
- Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Generate leads through digital channels and support the sales team with qualified leads.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Improve website traffic through basic SEO and content optimization.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for creatives and marketing materials.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Maintain records of campaigns, leads, and performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience or basic knowledge in digital marketing.
- Understanding of social media marketing, online ads, and lead generation.
- Strong communication and content writing skills.
- Creative thinking with an analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling social media pages and ad campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital tools and platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,400.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
