Implementation of labor legislations & company polices :
- Develop and oversee control systems to prevent the violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
- Ensuring the compliances under all the labour laws – PF ,ESIC , LWF , Contract labour act , POSH etc.
- Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
- Adhering to compliance payment & returns timelines
Operations :
- ESIC & UAN generation of new joinees
- Exit & KYC updation on the portal
- Monthly Data preparation for PF & ESIC challans
- Sending PF & ESIC challans monthly to the customers
- Answering PF & ESIC related queries of employees
Audit :
- Responsible for documentation of Audit
- Periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues. Revise procedures, reports etc. accordingly
- Keeping the records at sites as per the requirement of various labor laws
MIS :
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
