Qualification - MBA/PGDM with minimum 2 years experience in field sales. Candidates with higher experience without MBA are considered. He/She must be able to plan the seatings as per customer layout, submit proposal, negotiate and get the order into system. The BDM is also expected to maintain long -term association with the client which includes taking care of after sales issues in co-ordination with the service teams.
