The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing inbound inquiries, handling client calls, coordinating sales activities, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into clients for the co-working space. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling, and basic sales coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads via calls, emails, website inquiries, and walk-ins
- Respond promptly to client queries and provide accurate information about workspace offerings
- Conduct initial qualification of leads and understand client requirements
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-ups and closures
- Perform call handling professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and agreements
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion reports
- Support marketing campaigns by following up on generated leads
- Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination / customer support / inside sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and call handling skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of co-working / real estate industry is a plus
