Customer Relations Officer - Operations
Location: Edappally. Ernakulam
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: Minimum 3+ Years in Customer Support / Operations
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Shift Timing: Irish Time Shift (1.30Pm to 10.30PM)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Relations Officer to handle daily operational activities, customer support coordination, and basic accounts-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in an international shift environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations and customer support.
- Basic knowledge of accounts handling and invoicing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in Irish Time shifts.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational activities and process coordination.
- Handle customer support queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Perform basic accounts-related activities such as invoice handling, payment follow-ups, expense tracking, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate operational and financial records.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Shipping / Logistics : 3 years (Required)
- Customer support: 3 years (Required)
- Operations : 3 years (Preferred)
