Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong design, planning, and visualization skills with the ability to transform concepts into functional and aesthetically appealing spaces. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring successful project execution from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative architectural designs and concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and 3D models.
- Create high-quality visualizations and renderings for client presentations.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams throughout project execution.
- Ensure designs comply with building regulations and project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and provide design support during construction.

- AutoCAD
- Revit Architecture

- 3ds Max
- Rendering Software (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or equivalent)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
