About the Role
We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Educational Consultant to guide and support UK students with their academic and career-related needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, an understanding of career opportunities, and knowledge of career/job portals to help students make informed decisions about their future.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with UK students through calls, chats, and emails
- Understand students' academic and career goals
- Guide students regarding career options, job opportunities, and skill development
- Assist students in exploring relevant career paths and professional opportunities
- Help students understand and utilize career/job portals effectively
- Build strong relationships and maintain regular follow-ups
- Maintain lead and student records accurately
- Achieve counselling and conversion targets
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good understanding of career development and job opportunities
- Familiarity with career/job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Reed, CV-Library, Totaljobs, etc.
- Strong counselling, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Confident and professional personality
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
- Experience in counselling, education, recruitment, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage
