Role & Responsibilities
- To maintain clean & hygiene of floor every day.
- To make sure staff comes on time & after coming does his morning work on time
- To send reports to HO via WhatsApp& mail as per company rules
- To take care of stock counting should be done by staff on daily basis & audit of stock should be done weekly under your supervision. Stock room should be maintained well & with proper counting & proper racks should be made as per brand needs
- To maintain customer relations will be high priority & giving training to staff regarding products & brands
- Maintain VM & instruct staff to do VM of their brands & make fixture & table top changes on floor as per needed
- Track sales & send reports to managers.
- Uniform discipline and freshening of staff should be maintained & if any one fails to maintain it report to office or his/her brand.
- Checking of staff performance on weekly basis & motivate staff who are not performing.
- Ask every customer who is returning without shopping reason for not shopping & make feedback report & give to management on daily basis
- If necessary, tracking report of entry should be fulfilled by you in case manager is not available.
- Make necessary changes in customer taking strategy on floor by taking approval from manager.
- As HOD you also need to do sales & your sales contribution in total sales should be minimum 20%. You also need to do customer calling during eoss & festivals.
- Motivating your team during sale & Diwali period & make sure entire store target is achieved & even target of staff should be achieved. Morning briefing is compulsory in entire year.
- If any time required to take necessary actions on floor related to maintenance take approval from manager & do it.
- Helping manager in completing RTV of stock after eoss & no parcel should be on floor at any given time.
- Data of our sales should not go out & maintaining secrecy of data will be your responsibility.
- To send the attendance of brand staff to brand and coordinate with their HR and upload their attendance on web portal.
- To complete the on-board process of every employee with complete soft and hard copy form.
- To start application in their mobile by taking details of new joined employee.
- To track staff grooming and tell managers to take necessary steps to follow that.
- To complete all exit formalities of employees & exit interview.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (Retail Management or Business Administration preferred).
- Minimum 35 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 14 years in a HOD or team handling role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, stock audits, RTV, and store operations.
- Hands-on experience in Visual Merchandising (VM) and maintaining brand standards.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and motivate the team to deliver high performance.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, email communication, and reporting.
- Experience in staff attendance management, onboarding, and HR coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure during sales events, festivals, and peak business periods.
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and committed to maintaining company confidentiality.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
