Job Title: Active Directory (AD) & System AdministratorJob Summary
We are looking for an experienced Active Directory (AD) & System Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server environments, Active Directory, virtualization, networking, cloud technologies, and enterprise security. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high system availability, implementing security best practices, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and supporting end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and LDAP services.
- Create, modify, and manage user accounts, security groups, and organizational units.
- Configure and maintain Domain Controllers and Active Directory replication.
- Implement and manage Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS).
- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Manage VMware Hyper-V virtualization infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain file servers, print servers, and application servers.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Monitor system logs and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, and Intune.
- Configure VPN, firewall, and network security policies.
- Perform operating system patching and security updates.
- Maintain antivirus, endpoint security, and vulnerability management.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Document IT infrastructure, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support to users.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft certifications (Microsoft Certified, Azure Administrator, Windows Server).
- VMware or virtualization certifications are an advantage.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
