• Directly responsible for smooth operation and maintenance of chilled water plant, chilled brine plant, air compressors, cooling tower, purified water plants, soft water plants, filter water plants, pump house and row water distribution system. • Timely filling of all Utility Log sheets as per the SOP and procedure • Responsible for supply of utilities as per plant demand and vigilant for wastage control. • Ensuring preventive maintenance as per schedule in respective shift. • Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping in the all utility areas. • Ensuring cGMP practices during operations. • Using/handling all tools/machines/equipment with utmost care in order to avoid damage/breakdown. • Using all safety appliances i.e. Safety Shoes, Helmets, Cap, Hand-gloves, safety goggles, ear plugs etc. as per the requirements of the work and the directions of Superiors. • Accountable for informing immediately about any abnormality found during operations or any misoperation of equipment to the superior. • Apart from all above activities, individual is responsible for all other utility related jobs assigned by Dept. head / superior. • To support external vendor for AMC services. • In case of requirement in Utility, then Utility section should be maintained as per mention above with all cGMP standards & documentation.
