An Office Staff cum Telecaller handles both clerical administration and customer communication. Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound calls, lead follow-ups, basic bookkeeping, and front-desk duties. They serve as the primary voice and face of the business to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Make & Receive Calls: Handle daily inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective clients, leads, or existing customers to explain services/products.
- Lead Follow-ups: Track and follow up on client inquiries, schedule appointments, and pitch offerings.
- Customer Resolution: Address client questions, troubleshoot basic issues, and forward complex complaints to the relevant departments.
- Data Management: Record call summaries, update customer databases (CRMs), and maintain accurate contact logs.
