About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our textile showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, leading the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining efficient showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall showroom operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
- Drive monthly and annual sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate showroom staff.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve KPIs.
- Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, and periodic audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams for stock availability.
- Ensure smooth billing operations and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide an excellent shopping experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in textile or apparel showroom management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of billing systems, POS, and inventory management software.
- Ability to analyze sales data and achieve business targets.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma preferred.
