Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling products, operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe and efficient production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Operate production machinery, tools, and equipment safely.
- Perform visual inspection of components before and after assembly.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Report defects, equipment issues, or production delays to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S).
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality.
- Follow all company safety rules and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support inventory movement and material handling when required.
Required Qualifications:
- ITI
- Diploma
- 12th Pass
- Freshers are welcome.
