About the Role
Urban Smith is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our premium furniture showroom. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, interiors, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
- Explain product features, materials, and customization options.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries.
- Convert walk-in customers into sales.
- Maintain CRM records and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with production and delivery teams.
- Ensure showroom displays are well maintained.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of retail sales experience.
- Experience in furniture, interiors, home décor, or luxury retail is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Customer-oriented with strong sales and negotiation skills.
