Job Summary
The Team Leader is responsible for supervising technicians, ensuring quality repairs, managing workshop operations, and achieving productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in daily service operations.
- Allocate jobs and monitor work progress.
- Ensure repairs and maintenance are completed as per company standards.
- Support technicians in diagnosing complex vehicle issues.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality of work.
- Ensure compliance with safety and workshop procedures.
- Coordinate with service advisors and other departments for smooth operations.
- Train and guide technicians to improve technical skills.
- Maintain workshop discipline and housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in automobile service, including team handling.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
