Position: International Patient Relationship ExecutiveRole Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and support international patients traveling to India for medical treatment through Cure To Heal. This is a patient-focused coordination role that requires strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
The candidate will act as the key point of contact for patients from inquiry stage until treatment completion and post-treatment follow-up, ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Communication & Support
- Handle patient inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
- Provide accurate information regarding treatments, hospitals, doctors, travel processes, and estimated treatment plans.
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with international patients and their families.
- Offer compassionate support and guidance throughout the patient journey.
Appointment & Treatment Coordination
- Schedule consultations, surgeries, diagnostics, and follow-up appointments with partner hospitals and doctors.
- Coordinate treatment timelines and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
- Follow up with hospitals and medical teams for reports, appointments, and treatment updates.
Medical Coordination
- Act as a bridge between patients and healthcare providers.
- Share patient medical records and treatment requirements with hospitals and doctors.
- Understand basic medical terminology to communicate effectively with medical teams.
CRM & Documentation Management
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment history, and communication logs in CRM systems.
- Ensure all patient documentation is properly updated and organized.
- Track ongoing patient cases and provide timely updates.
Travel & Hospitality Assistance
- Assist patients with travel planning, airport pickup coordination, accommodation support, and local guidance when required.
- Ensure international patients feel comfortable, safe, and well-supported during their stay in India.
Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with patients for future follow-ups and referrals.
- Coordinate with partner hospitals, doctors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality patient service.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Professional phone etiquette and patient-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple patient cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and communication tools.
- Compassionate, patient-centric, and professional attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical tourism, healthcare coordination, hospital international patient services, or customer relationship management.
- Experience handling international clients/patients is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related fields.
