Process Coordinator – Grahaam Studio
About the Role
Grahaam Studio is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to streamline internal operations and ensure the seamless execution of our interior design projects. This role serves as the central point of coordination between internal teams, site teams, vendors, and management, ensuring that every project follows established processes, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between design, execution, procurement, accounts, and site teams.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Follow up with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and process trackers.
- Monitor project progress and escalate delays or issues when required.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and workflow processes.
- Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and track action items.
- Support management with reports, dashboards, and project updates.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accountability.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with project tracking tools is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in interiors, architecture, construction, or project coordination is preferred.
