D2B Spaces is a Bangalore-based architecture and interior design studio specializing in residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop design concepts, working drawings, and construction documents for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization files for client presentations
- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed accurately
- Conduct site visits and prepare progress reports
- Manage project documentation, material specifications, and BOQ preparation
- Assist senior architects in concept development and client presentations
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Arch degree (Council of Architecture registration preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in a design studio or architecture firm
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and at least one of: Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, or Enscape
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and site coordination
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio of completed or in-progress projects required
