Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends
- Present company products/services to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Maintain records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skillsPreferred Qualifications
- Degree/diploma
- Prior internship or experience in sales/business development
- Familiarity with CRM tools
