Job Overview
IOTA Academy is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Data Analyst Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data analytics and enjoy mentoring and guiding students.
The role involves delivering practical training sessions, assisting students with projects, resolving technical queries, and helping them develop industry-ready analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on Data Analytics concepts.
- Teach tools and technologies including Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, and Statistics.
- Assist students with assignments, projects, case studies, and interview preparation.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Create and update training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.
- Support students throughout their learning journey and placement preparation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or technical training.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Advanced Excel
- SQL
- Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
- Power BI
- Statistics
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students learn.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot will be an added advantage.
Salary
- Upto ₹25,000 per month (based on knowledge, skills, and interview performance)
