Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team in Ahmedabad as Customer Support Analysts. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional support. This role requires working in US rotational shifts.
Key responsibilities include
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, or email.
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer issues.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
- Adhere to internal processes and SLAs.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle pressure situations.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of customer service tools and CRM systems is a plus.
