Logistics & Service Executive
Location: Ahmedabad (Head Office)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Logistics & Service Executive to manage pan-India transportation and installation coordination from our Head Office in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills to ensure smooth logistics operations, timely deliveries, and successful installation activities across multiple locations in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage pan-India transportation and logistics operations.
- Schedule and monitor product deliveries and installation activities across different locations.
- Communicate with transport vendors, installation teams, and clients to ensure timely execution.
- Track shipments and maintain logistics records, reports, and documentation.
- Handle service-related queries and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments and field technicians.
- Resolve operational issues related to dispatch, delivery, or installation.
- Ensure smooth execution of logistics and service activities within timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email Communication, and Documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate operations across India.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Organized, responsible, and deadline-oriented approach.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 0–3 years of experience in Logistics, Operations, Dispatch, Service Coordination, or Customer Support.
- Experience in transportation coordination, installation scheduling, or service operations will be an added advantage.
- Smart, proactive, and capable of handling pressure situations effectively.
