Griffins International School invites applications from qualified, passionate, and dedicated educators for the position of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Physics on a residential basis.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Physics to Classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons that promote scientific inquiry and critical thinking.
Prepare students effectively for CBSE Board Examinations and competitive examinations.
Conduct practical sessions and laboratory activities while ensuring safety standards are maintained.
Assess student progress through assignments, tests, projects, practicals, and examinations.
Integrate technology, simulations, experiments, and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
Create a positive, inclusive, and academically stimulating learning environment.
Participate in school events, examinations, parent-teacher meetings, and co-curricular activities.
Mentor students and contribute to their academic and personal development.
Support residential and pastoral responsibilities as assigned by the school.
Eligibility Criteria
M.Sc. in Physics with B.Ed.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
Strong subject knowledge and practical understanding of Physics.
Experience teaching senior secondary classes (XI–XII) is preferred.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire scientific curiosity among students.
Excellent communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills.
Proficiency in using educational technology and modern teaching practices.
Willingness to reside on campus and actively participate in residential school activities.
