Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Associate with a strong passion for business development and enterprise sales. The ideal candidate should have expertise in outbound sales, lead generation, and client acquisition, with the ability to independently build and manage a strong sales pipeline. This role requires a proactive hunter mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to close high-value opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business acquisition through outbound sales strategies including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and LinkedIn outreach.
Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
Identify and qualify potential clients independently with minimal dependency on inbound leads.
Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client requirements and recommend suitable learning and training solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions aligned with client business needs.
Establish and nurture relationships within enterprise accounts to generate long-term business opportunities.
Own the complete sales cycle including lead generation, meetings, proposal discussions, negotiations, and closures.
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM records.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in outbound sales and business development.
Proven ability to generate leads and acquire new clients through hunting strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales and solution selling.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Experience in EdTech, Training, or L&D solution sales will be highly preferred.
Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold calling techniques.
Strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
