Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via Voice/Chat/Email Support
Provide accurate information and resolutions to customers
Maintain professional communication with customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service
Follow company guidelines and process updates
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic computer knowledge required
Fresher and experienced both can apply
Positive attitude and customer handling skills
Preferred Skills:
Good listening and communication skills
Problem-solving ability
Ability to work in a team environment
Basic typing and MS Office knowledge
