We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
* Attend inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
* Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
* Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database.
* Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
* Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for customer requirements.
* Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
* Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during all customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
* Graduate in any discipline (12th pass may also apply with relevant experience).
* 0–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or Customer Support Executive.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Skills Required
* Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and basic English (Punjabi is an added advantage).
* Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
* Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
* Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Industry
Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, farm equipment, automobile, or industrial products will be preferred.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
