Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable solar helpers to assist our installation team with solar power projects. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, and able to work at project sites while following safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with technician and electricians in the installation of solar PV systems.
- Help with mounting solar panels, structures, and electrical components.
- Load, unload and organize tools, equipment, and materials at project sites.
- Assist in cable laying, conduit installation, and basic electrical work under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area.
- Support the team in completing projects on schedule.
Requirements :
- Minimum qualification 10th or 12th pass (ITI is an added advantage).
- Willing to work outdoors.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
