Responsible for day-to-day electrical maintenance and smooth functioning of electrical services within the mall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take daily and monthly electricity meter readings and maintain records.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and complaints from tenants and common areas.
- Carry out minor repairs and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Assist in preventive maintenance of electrical panels, lighting, DG sets, and other equipment.
- Support engineering team during emergencies and power failures.
- Ensure electrical rooms and work areas are maintained safely and neatly.
- Follow all safety procedures and report any defects or hazards immediately.
Qualifications:
- ITI Electrician/Wireman or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance of commercial buildings, malls, hotels, or similar properties preferred.
Skills:
- Basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Record keeping and reporting.
- Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergencies.
Reporting To: Facility Manager / Chief Engineer.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
