Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary
Pioneer Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented GeM Sales Executive to manage sales through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate will be responsible for handling GeM inquiries, participating in tenders, preparing quotations, building relationships with government departments, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales through the GeM portal.
- Search, analyze, and participate in GeM bids and tenders.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and bid documentation.
- Handle product listings, catalog management, and pricing updates on GeM.
- Coordinate with government departments, PSUs, and institutional clients.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert opportunities into orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and timely delivery.
- Maintain sales reports, bid status, and customer database.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with GeM policies, procurement processes, and tender guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in GeM Sales, Government Sales, or Institutional Sales.
- Hands-on experience with the GeM portal, bidding, and tender management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
