Key Responsibilities
· Lead the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions across all manufacturing divisions.
· Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide quality management systems, policies, and procedures.
· Ensure consistent product quality from raw materials through final inspection and dispatch.
· Monitor production processes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.
· APQP & PPAP documentation.
· Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve process capability.
· Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and R&D teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
· Ensure compliance with customer specifications, applicable industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
· Plan and conduct internal quality audits and support external customer and certification audits.
· Analyze quality performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic management reports.
· Lead customer complaint investigations and ensure timely closure with effective corrective actions.
· Develop and mentor the quality team to build a culture of quality excellence.
· Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
· Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
