We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated systems in compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards. The role involves supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving process efficiency through automation.
- Design, develop, and implement automation systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Program and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
- Ensure systems comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements such as FDA, 21 CFR Part 11.
- Support validation activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation and execution.
- Monitor and maintain automation systems to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
- Perform risk assessments and implement control strategies for process safety.
- Travelling to Customer location
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.
- 1-2 years of experience in automation within pharma or regulated manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems (Siemens, Rockwell, etc.).
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
