Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions within cloud-based human capital management systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to time and labor management modules.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Oracle HCM Cloud with other enterprise applications.
- Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of cloud applications to ensure responsiveness and scalability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15yrs fulltime education in B.Tech is required.
