Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, chats, or messages professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide information about products, services, pricing, and policies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Meet daily performance and response targets.
- Assist customers with orders, payments, refunds, or account-related issues.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate (as per company requirement).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional language.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
