About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer with experience in electrical control panels, switchgear & turnkey solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, technical sales, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities for electrical control panels and turnkey solutions.
Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and specifications to clients.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements and project specifications.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical discussions, and site visits.
Negotiate commercial terms, finalize orders, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain market intelligence and support business strategy with regular client and competitor insights.
Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions in coordination with the design/engineering team.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demos for prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver quotations, technical offers, and commercial proposals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with the production team for order execution and timely delivery.
Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
