About the Role
We’re looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketer with proven agency experience to lead and execute campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for building lead funnels, managing budgets, driving ROIs, and guiding a team of content creators and designers.
Responsibilities:
Plan, create & manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn (as required)
Run lead generation, retargeting, brand awareness, and conversion-based campaigns
Strategise and execute 360° digital marketing plans for diverse brands
Monitor ad performance & analytics using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & GA4
Coordinate with the design, content, and video teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
Build and manage landing pages with performance tracking
Research trends, competitors, and audience behaviour to stay ahead
Lead and guide a small in-house team to meet campaign goals
Prepare weekly performance reports and campaign optimisations Requirements
Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience (preferably in an agency setup)
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking
Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and conversion optimisation
Excellent communication & team leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tight deadlines
Good to Have
Knowledge of CRM tools, marketing automation, SEO basics
Experience working with real estate, education, or e-commerce brands
Working hours 10 AM to 7 PM.
All sundays and 2nd - 4th saturday will be off.
