· Act as the primary point of contact for patients and their attendants.
· Guide patients regarding hospital services, procedures, and departments.
· Ensure smooth patient flow from admission to discharge.
· Address patient complaints and concerns promptly.
· Coordinate with departments for quick resolution.
· Coordinate between doctors, nursing staff, and patients.
· Verify patient eligibility under PMJAY scheme using BIS (Beneficiary Identification System).
· Assist patients in Ayushman card verification and registration.
· Ensure proper documentation before admission.
· Ensure accuracy of coding, package selection, and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate in any discipline
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Front Office/PRO/PMJAY handling in hospital sector Preferred
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Knowledge of PMJAY portal and processes.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Good communication and follow-up abilities.
- Salary is Negotiable for Deserving Candidate
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
