Administer a Git hosting / SCM platform (GitHub Enterprise): org/repo management, CI workflows (GitHub Actions), access governance, and SaaS configuration.
Administer a DevOps platform (Azure DevOps): repos, pipelines (YAML), and boards.
Handle the high-volume L1/L2 queue (access requests, configuration, troubleshooting) and lighter L3 fixes; escalate complex platform issues to the Platform Engineer.
Provide IDE support (Visual Studio & VS Code): licensing, extensions, and desktop/VDI configuration.
Support developer-portal GitHub/Azure DevOps integrations under the Platform Engineer's lead.
Keep tickets within SLA and maintain support documentation.
