- Product Expertise: Explain metal purity (like BIS hallmark), gemstone details, pricing, making charges, and ongoing store schemes.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals by upselling and cross-selling.
- Store Operations: Maintain neat counter displays, manage visual merchandising, and assist with daily opening and closing stock counts.
- Billing & Records: Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) software and handle customer documentation.
- Relationship Building: Follow up with leads and retain clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
