Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our travel company team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, selling travel packages, creating customized itineraries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
KEY ROLE
1. Handle customer travel inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media
2. Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages
3. Create customized travel itineraries based on customer requirements
4. Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and vendors
5. Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
6. Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support
7. Process bookings, payments, invoices, and travel documentation
8. Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and pricing
9. Upsell travel insurance, activities, and holiday upgrades
Pay: ₹9,768.47 - ₹16,000.00 per month
